The DPACK P series includes the P110, P140, P180 and P240 models, each with unique characteristics for optimum packaging performance. Each machine has different bag sizes, fill volumes and packing speeds to adapt to your needs. Choose between 3-sided sealed or 4-sided sealed.

Model P110- This machine features a compact design and is ideal for smaller production environments. Its ability to pack at 80 bags per minute allows for efficient production even at smaller quantities. With a maximum fill volume of 60ml, it is suitable for packaging smaller batches, whether it be powders, granules or other small products. With a choice between 3 edge welded and 4 edge welded pouches, you can choose the most suitable option for your needs.
Model P140- This machine delivers more packaging space with dimensions up to 80 x 220mm, making it a great choice for larger products or higher filled volumes. With a speed of 80 bags per minute, you can achieve fast production even with more demanding requirements. With a maximum filling volume of 260ml, this machine is ready to serve a wider range of products, whether it’s teas, powders or other types of granules.
Model P180 –With bag sizes up to 60 x 180mm, this machine offers a spacious packing area, which is great for packing larger products with a maximum fill volume of 400ml. A speed of 80 bags per minute ensures fast and efficient production. This machine also has the advantage of a choice between 3 edge welded and 4 edge welded bags, ensuring optimum security of contents.
Model P240- The P240 is one of our most powerful machines. With large bag sizes of up to 100 x 240mm and a maximum fill volume of 1000ml, this machine is a great solution for packaging large quantities or bulky products. With a speed of 70 bags per minute, it enables high production even with demanding packaging requirements. Our DPack P horizontal packaging machine category for the production of flat zipper bags. These machines offer the option of zippered bag closure, which guarantees better protection of the product from airborne odors and preservation of product freshness.
The DPack P Zip range includes two models, the DPack P180 Zip and the DPack P240 Zip, which differ in bag size and maximum filling volume.
The DPack P180 Zip is suitable for medium filling volumes up to 400 ml, offers a high throughput of up to 80 bags per minute, and flexibility for different bag types.
The DPack P240 Zip is suitable for large filling volumes up to 1000 ml, offers high throughput up to 70 bags per minute, and flexibility for different bag types.

The DPack P-DUO range of horizontal packaging machines includes the P180 Duo, P180 Duo Zip, DPack 240 Duo and DPack 240 Duo Zip models.
The P180 Duo and DPack 240 Duo models offer the possibility of packing flat bags welded on 3 or 4 sides. With a variety of bag sizes and fill volumes, they are ideal for a variety of products. The P110 Link and P180 Link models, which offer reliable packaging for a variety of needs.
The P110 Link model offers bag sizes of 50 x 110 mm wide and 50 x 120 mm long, with fill sizes up to 100 ml. With a speed of up to 80 bags per minute. It offers the option of flat bags welded on 3 sides, welded on 4 sides with perforations – depending on your preference.
The P180 Link model delivers higher capacity. With bag sizes ranging from 50 x 90mm to 80 x 180mm and filling up to 100ml, this machine is suitable for a variety of products. A speed of up to 160 bags per minute ensures fast production. Again, it is possible to choose between different types of flat bags.
